Step Out Club
Step Out Club / Outreach
The Step Out Club provides a safe friendly atmosphere offering opportunities for company, friendship, social activities, outings, information and support to people who have had or who are experiencing mental health problems.
We aim to provide a varied range of activities, which include:
Women's Group
Visits from outside agencies to discuss various topics
Shopping trips
Healthy living group
Outreach Support
This service provides confidential one-to-one support to people who may be struggling to do the things they want to due to difficulties arising from mental ill health. Support could be in your own home or in the community. This could include support with practical tasks or life skills, help to build your own network of support and access to community services. These are just some ways in which we may be able to help you.

Referrals to all projects can be made through:

Other agencies
Self referrals
*Please note that Social Care projects will soon be relocating to new premises, which will enable us to offer more activities and support - so watch this space.
