How you are helping - news & events...


Some useful dates in 2010 if you would like to raise funds for NSF (Scotland):

Glasgow: Women 10K, Sunday 9th May, Men 10K, Sunday 20th June (Fathers Day!), Great Scottish Run (10K and half marathon) Sunday 5th September, Junior Great Scottish Run (1.5K and 3K) (must be between 9-17 years on day of race) Sunday 5th December. For more detail check Run Glasgow

Edinburgh: Edinburgh Marathon, Sunday 23rd May, Scottish Half Marathon, Sunday 23rd May, The Hairy Haggis Team event (the 26.2miles is split between 4 runners), Sunday 23rd May. Details on their website Edinburgh Marathon

Inverness: Loch Ness Marathon, 10K and 5K all on Sunday 3rd October. For more details check Loch Ness Marathon and 10k

Here is how NSF(S) Cashcascade works:
  • Choose a �1 or �2 stake online now
  • Choose five numbers between 1 and 59 and fill out the form
  • Then, every week on a Thursday at 4.21 in the morning, the draw takes place. (We use the Draw of the New York State Lottery Lotto as the way of choosing the winning numbers).
  • You will be contacted direct if you win, no need to claim.
For a �1 stake:
If your first 3 numbers match any of the 6 drawn, win �10
If your first 4 numbers match any of the 6 drawn, win �1,000
If all your 5 numbers match any of the 6 drawn, win �25,000
For a �2 stake your 5 numbers will win double the amount shown above.

This is a great way of supporting NSF (Scotland) as 45p of every pound raised comes directly to us.

Raise funds for NSF Scotland while experiencing the delights of Marrakech, sleeping under the Saharan sky during a two day camel trek, and the life of the nomadic tribes.

Parachute Jump - Free
In return for raising a minimum amount of sponsorship money, NSF Scotland will pay for your jump and training and receive a sizable donation from your efforts at the same time!
